For saliva testing, bring up fresh saliva and spit onto a strip, or spit onto a clean spoon and dip the strip into the saliva. For urine testing, urinate onto a strip or into a clean cup, then dip the strip into the liquid. Compare the strip with the chart after testing.
Do not place the strip in your mouth or use it for any other purpose. Keep this refill ready for routine testing at home or for clinic supplies.
