For a single remedy, place 2 drops on your tongue or add them to a glass of water. Sip at intervals throughout the day and repeat as needed.
You can also create a personal blend with up to seven remedies. Add 2 drops of each remedy to a mixing bottle containing mineral spring water. Take 4 drops at least four times a day. Cider vinegar, glycerin, or brandy may be added to the blend as a preservative.
